USE FOOD AND FLUID TO FIGHT THE FLUFlu season is upon us and now more than ever it is
important to boost our immune systems, which are further comprised with holiday stress and unhealthy eating. Nutrition
plays an important role in reducing the risk for the flu virus, in addition to fighting chronic diseases like heart disease,
diabetes, certain cancers and osteoporosis. According to the Surgeon General, a healthy diet and physical
